I just saw the new intro page @ guildwars.com about the GWF event.

Impressed w/ how the Warrior looked w/ that Helm....wowee.
(looks like Batman medieval armor.j/k.

+ that female mesmer armor is gonna look pretty hawt in all black.

I Live In the UK, so therefore i will pre-order from a UK site. I, however play on the American Server. Will this effect anything? The UK preorder code will still be accepted by my game, right? Will I be automatically switched back to EURO server? If so do my 5 server switches get redeemed?? I am totally out of switches and would like some for if i ever want change again.

Any chance that we will be given a temp slot for the beta if we preorder and add the preorder key to our account? Since we are suposed to be getting extra slots for chap 2, why cant one be opened at least for the beta for us with four charactors. Yes I know about the whole extra account, but as others have said, some of us want to have everything on our main account. Its not fair that we miss out because we have a full set of charactors. I personally like being able to save my name, and image for when I start chapter 2.

And is there any news on if the preorder items are store relient? I would like to know before I buy one.

I think this is very nice.
During Faction PvP event, few of my friends wanted to test PvE component of Guild Wars. They really enjoyed PvP though...but unable(or not knowing) to unlock team arena was little disappointing(my friends and I were stuck with battling AIs; and got bored after awhile...we wanted to battle with real people).
Anyways, being able to invite three of my friends, I have few friends in my mind whom I really want to play with. Thanks ArenaNet for creating this kind of opportunity ^^

I have two accounts one of which is the regular edition and the other the collector's edition.

If I purchase two collector's edition versions of GWF, will I get glowing hands with both accounts?

(I know the question is kinda ridiculous, but I like my glowing hands) :P

I'd love to pre-order it BUT all those sites I've been visiting don't deliver it to Macau!!! Same as for the first chapter.... Guess I'll be obliged to wait weeks before getting a copy here... That's if I harrass them shops everyday...

I'm still confused...if the Pre-Orders don't come out till the 28th, how is it I pre-ordered from EB games weeks ago...how does that work?

Does that mean that the Pre-Orders arrive on the 28th to be given out, but you could order them earlier?

Or does it means I pre-ordered something that wasn't the pre-order package?

EB lies, its that simple. Never trust a 3rd party like that. Quite frequently on popular items they will have pre-orders exceede their shipment causing people to not recieve the copy on the proper date. Basically don't pre-order till a date is set in stone by the company that makes the product, which is in this case ANET.

I can't wait to try out the Necro elite summon,and the other elites that are going to be added. Hopefully, ANet buffed some of the assassin's lame elites.

i remember like if it was yesterday , i went to all, but all software shops in macau at least 2 months before 28 april , and ask them to order the game for me ... i got the one that come first on 10 of may , thats 12 days after the release ... the others were sold to my friends weeks after

Hi, Ken, it means you ordered something that was not in the pre-order package. I also pre-ordered from EB Games, but that was done in person, and when they call me to let me know the game did come in I will be going to the store in person to pick it up. I do not like to order or pre-order on line at all. I hope this answered your question.
